About TOAPEX

TOAPEX is a trader intelligence, workflow and performance platform.

It helps traders prepare, organise relevant context, review their activity and understand their performance.

TOAPEX does not execute trades or make trading decisions on behalf of users.

These Terms govern your use of TOAPEX websites, applications and related services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the service lawfully in your jurisdiction. Keep credentials secure and notify security@toapexai.com of suspected unauthorised access.

What TOAPEX provides

TOAPEX organises preparation, market and account context, journal evidence, performance views, Trading DNA, Guardian awareness, Macro Shield and AI-assisted explanations. It supports review and understanding — not order placement at a broker or prop firm.

Financial and trading responsibility

TOAPEX does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, trade signals, or guaranteed outcomes. You remain responsible for all trading decisions, risk, position sizing, broker and prop-firm rules, and any losses. See our Risk Disclosure.

AI and third-party information

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify material information independently. Market data, news, calendars and external account data may be delayed, revised, unavailable or contain errors. TOAPEX does not guarantee third-party accuracy or availability.

Broker and prop-firm connections

Intended integrations are read-only. TOAPEX may retrieve data for journal, performance, account rules, risk awareness and Trading DNA. It does not currently place, modify or cancel trades. Any future execution capability would require separate disclosure and terms.

User data and acceptable use

You are responsible for data you upload, import or connect, and for complying with your firm's rules. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or use TOAPEX unlawfully or to misrepresent outputs as regulated advice.

Intellectual property

TOAPEX branding, software and content are protected. You receive a limited licence to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

Availability and subscriptions

Features may change or be suspended with notice where practicable. Paid terms will be shown at purchase when launched. No guaranteed uptime unless separately agreed in writing.

Risk and limitation of liability

Trading involves risk of loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOAPEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or trading losses arising from use of the service, AI outputs or third-party data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where appropriate, you agree to indemnify TOAPEX for misuse or violations.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk or legal requirement. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated date.
