Information we process
Trading activity data may be imported or synchronised from user-provided files or supported read-only account connections where available. We do not receive this because you trade through TOAPEX.

How TOAPEX uses it
We process data to:
- Provide and secure the product
- Import read-only trading context where enabled
- Maintain Journal, Performance and Trading DNA
- Operate Macro Shield and personalise relevant context
- Support users, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations
Lawful bases may include contract (core service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (optional technologies where required), and legal obligation. We do not use your data to provide financial advice.
Trading DNA & AI
TOAPEX may derive patterns relating to performance, sessions, setups, consistency, process adherence and trading behaviour.
These insights describe trading activity and patterns. They are not medical or psychological diagnoses and do not predict future performance.
If you use AI features, we may process prompts, relevant product context and responses. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified where material.
Integrations and service providers
Verified infrastructure may include:
- Supabase — authentication, database and storage when configured
- Vercel — hosting and application infrastructure
- AI model providers used by TOAPEX — where AI features are enabled; production provider(s) to be confirmed
- Market-data providers — category only until production contractual status is confirmed
Read-only broker and prop-firm connections may retrieve data for journal, performance, account rules and risk awareness. TOAPEX does not place or modify trades.
Retention, security and international processing
We retain data for as long as needed to provide your account and legitimate product functionality, subject to legal, security and backup requirements. You may request deletion, subject to lawful exceptions.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Providers may process data internationally; appropriate safeguards will be used where required.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Jurisdiction-specific routing will be confirmed once entity details are final.
